Founder / Realtor®
Alan Canas creates highly personalized, custom-built real estate experiences centered around trust and intimate client relationships. With more than 11 years in the industry, Alan has earned a reputation as one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s top-producing agents. A skilled negotiator, he consistently delivers top dollar in the shortest amount of time, orchestrating buying and selling experiences that are as successful as they are brief.
Alan’s record of excellence, friendly personality, and warm energy have contributed to his many real estate accomplishments. But it’s his commitment to getting the best outcome for his clients that is at the heart of Alan’s secret sauce of success. To paraphrase one happy client, Alan is good at what he does because he cares about what he does. Alan’s clients often feel they are partnering with a friend who also happens to be a real estate agent.
Building and fostering tight, intimate relationships are the hallmarks of working with Alan and his team at InSync Real Estate. They view their clients as part of their immediate circle, working with the motto, “We treat family right.” To that end, Alan understands that buying or selling a home can be a challenging, emotional time, and he taps into his deep sense of empathy to turn a complicated, stressful process into a positive and rewarding experience.
This type of personal touch could be the reason why Alan has forged so many strong relationships with so many buyers, sellers, and colleagues in the industry. By partnering with Alan, clients feel like they’re part of a well-driven machine, because when the Alan Canas Team says “the team outperforms the individual,” they mean it.
In his personal life, Alan’s passions include his deep love for his husband, daughter, and large extended clan, as well as his active involvement in local Bay Area nonprofits that address issues of affordable housing, senior care, and child abuse prevention. He also works closely with Bay Area nonprofits that find foster families for abandoned or homeless animals, and Alan and his family continue to foster animals in their home.
