Debbie Livingston comes to us from Sotheby’s, where she enjoyed a fruitful working relationship with InSync Real Estate founder Alan Canas. Due in part to the rapport built between the two during that time, Debbie accepted an invitation to bring her unique skill sets to a distinguished boutique agency by joining the InSync Real Estate team.
Debbie brings a winning combination of tenacity, deep insight, and a love of detailed work. Not coincidentally, she finds that the organizational and administrative skills she learned as a project manager serve her well in her real estate career. Drawing from both professional and personal experiences, Debbie goes to great lengths to educate clients on the entire process, often acting as a consultant in guiding them in the right direction.

With 30 years of experience in real estate and related industries, Director of Operations & Listing Manager Gina Fornesi wears many hats at InSync Real Estate. With one foot in finance, mortgage, and insurance and the other in creativity and design, there’s a reason why she is referred to as Alan Canas’ “Director of Everything.”
A member of the Alan Canas team since 2011, Gina has served as Alan’s assistant, transaction coordinator, and all things in between. Currently, a major part of her responsibilities include marketing, design, and everything involved in staging and preparing properties for sale, which entails working behind the scenes with contractors and vendors to get homes move-in ready. This type of multi-tasking demands creativity, attention to detail, and an intuitive sense of knowing what appeals to clients.
A third-generation San Franciscan, Gina currently calls the Bay Area community of Burlingame her home, giving her the local expertise and personal touch that has become one of the calling cards of the Alan Canas team. In fact, Bay Area real estate is a large part of her heritage, as she follows in the footsteps of her father who for many years ran a real estate brokerage in San Francisco’s Mission District.
All of these past and present experiences have given Gina a versatility that is hard to match in the real estate world, and that’s part of the reason why she’s such an integral part of the Alan Canas team. After acquiring her real estate license, Megan Mitchell knew exactly what she wanted: to begin a career in an environment where she could grow and thrive. A true believer in the power of a strong team, Megan was instantly attracted to the Alan Canas mantra of “the team outperforms the individual.” Not long after, she became the Executive Assistant to Alan Canas at InSync Real Estate.
A native of Santa Rosa, CA, Megan brings to InSync Real Estate a solid record of success as an AE for CEOs of companies in Arizona and the Bay Area, where she mastered the complex communication and organizational skills her job demands, the same skills that make her a natural fit and valuable asset at InSync Real Estate.
As so often happens, a passion for real estate runs in Megan’s family, as her grandmother enjoyed a successful career as a real estate broker in the San Francisco Bay Area. It was through her grandmother that Megan realized the value of the personal touch, especially in a people-oriented business like real estate. It was also her grandmother who taught her the importance of core values like loyalty, integrity, and dependability.
